#CannockChase is one of Staffordshire’s most treasured landscapes. It's a place to walk, cycle and enjoy the outdoors.

To keep it safe for everyone, we’re asking visitors to follow a few simple steps that make a big difference.

🦌 Respect the wildlife: Keep dogs under control, stay on marked paths and avoid disturbing deer, birds and other animals.

🚯 Take your litter home: If bins are full, please carry rubbish out with you. Even small items can harm wildlife.

🅿️ Park responsibly: Use designated car parks only. Parking on verges damages habitats and can block emergency access.

🔥 Be fire aware: BBQs, campfires and discarded cigarettes can cause devastating wildfires. They are not permitted anywhere on the Chase.  

🏞️ Protect the trails: Stick to official walking, cycling and horse‑riding routes to prevent erosion.  

📲 Report concerns: If you see anti‑social behaviour, illegal off‑roading or anything that puts people or wildlife at risk, please tell us.
